Registration and support of international business in the USA

In 2012, the number of our clients reached 250 per month, a testament to the professionalism and dedication of our team. With the increasing workload to manage both existing and new clients, we decided to create our own unique document management and client relationship system. To achieve this, we brought on a team of three freelance programmers and began exploring a new direction—automating tax return preparation.

Gaining new experience and receiving valuable feedback from our clients, we began actively expanding the range of our services. In 2015, we realized the need to create something innovative to meet the modern challenges of working with residents, non-residents, and business clients. This realization led to the birth of Tax From US!

This new software enabled us to handle an even greater number of clients and became a revolutionary solution in the field of tax consulting. We became the first company to offer fully online processing of U.S. tax returns for non-residents, elevating client service to an entirely new level.

The new Tax From US system significantly enhanced our capabilities. We shifted our focus towards working with business clients while maintaining individuals as a vital part of our operations. In 2016, we expanded our presence by partnering with representatives from 13 European countries.

With the help of our new software, we processed over 6,000 tax returns for individuals and more than 1,200 for businesses. Additionally, our support team began offering consultations in five languages, greatly improving communication with clients worldwide. We established offices in Ukraine, Poland, Czechia, and Moldova, further expanding our international presence.

In 2021, we became the first and only official partner of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in Ukraine and Eastern Europe for document certification. Our Certified Acceptance Agents underwent specialized training and were authorized by the IRS to provide services for obtaining EIN and ITIN numbers.

The year 2022 was a year of trials for us due to the war in our Homeland. This tragedy deeply affected our company. Many employees were forced to relocate to protect their families, while others joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine to defend our country.

Understanding the challenges we faced and considering the needs of our growing number of business clients, we decided to create a new service—E-Commerce.One. This innovative platform enabled us to allocate resources more efficiently and expand the range of services offered to our clients.

The new software not only preserved our company’s most valuable asset—our team—but also significantly enhanced our capabilities. We not only retained our collective strength but also opened new horizons for growth and development.

Today, the Ecommerce.One team boasts over 12 years of experience in U.S. taxation. We provide comprehensive services for individuals and businesses, including company registration, tax reporting, account opening, document preparation, and more. All services are available online, and we continuously work on expanding them to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
